CHANGE OF MIND

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• All accessories are included.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the problem

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• SIM cards
• Downloadable products
• Items damaged through misuse

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
